Graduated in Veterinary Medicine from the University of Bologna in 2018. He subsequently worked for two years in a busy 24-hour veterinary hospital in Rome while completing a Master’s degree in Diagnostic Imaging of Small Animals at the University of Teramo.
In 2020, he moved to the UK to undertake a rotating internship at Southfields Veterinary Specialists, followed by a Specific Internship in Diagnostic Imaging at the same referral hospital. In 2021, he began an ECVDI Residency in Diagnostic Imaging at the Veterinary Medicine Teaching Hospital of the University of Teramo under the supervision of Prof. Massimo Vignoli.
In January 2025, he became a Diplomate of the European College of Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (ECVDI), and in November 2025, he was awarded a PhD in Diagnostic Imaging by the University of Teramo.
He has authored or co-authored 21 scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals. In 2022, he received the Best Poster Prize at the European Veterinary Diagnostic Imaging (EVDI) Congress in Edinburgh for the study “Sentinel lymph node mapping with indirect lymphangiography for canine mast cell tumour”. He also co-edited the Italian translation of Atlas of Diagnostic Imaging of the Dogs and Cats by Massimo Vignoli and John Graham, published by EDRA in 2022.
He currently works in teleradiology with Antech Imaging Services in the USA and collaborates as a clinician with a referral hospital in Rome.
Alongside his clinical and research activities, he is actively involved in postgraduate education, teaching diagnostic imaging within the Master’s programmes in Diagnostic Imaging and Internal Medicine at the University of Teramo. He also contributes as an instructor to postgraduate and continuing education courses in Italy and internationally.
